Class menu:

  • Korean Fried Chicken
  • Beef and Broccoli (served with white rice)
  • Kamikaze

Ingredients need:

  • Chicken wings or drumsticks, minced/paste of ginger, corn starch, vegetable oil      
    • Ketchup, honey, chili paste, brown sugar, soy sauce.
  • Skirt or Flank steak, broccoli florets, white rice, white onion, ginger      
    • Brown sugar, salt, pepper, corn starch, soy sauce 
  • Vodka, lime juice, triple sec, limes
