This incredible skin on roasted chicken breast, a typical American classic, is brought together in less than an hour, with the help of the Dried Mexican Mole Blend. A classic Latin-American spice, that incorporates all the top shelf spices you'd find in this dish. Some of the main spices include, ground chiles, paprika, brown sugar, salt, cocoa powder, molasses powder, and granulated garlic.

For Chicken:

  • 2 large skin on chicken breasts, boneless
  • 2 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. Kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp. Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. Dried Mole Blend
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

For Vegetables:

  • 1/2 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 cup baby carrots
  • 2 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. Kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp. Black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp. Dried Mole Blend

We will also be making a Margarita! You will need the following: tequila, lime juice, sugar or simple syrup  and triple sec!
